“A round arch supported on large corbels, giving rise to a bell-shaped appearance.” McGraw-Hill Dictionary of Scientific & Technical Terms

The Bell Arch, also known as a Reverse Ogee Arch is a double curve consisting of two-semicircular arcs, one concave and the other convex. The resulting form is a serpentine S or sigmoid curve. The top of the Ogee Arch is pointed whereas the Reverse Ogee is rounded.

Ogee and Reverse Ogee arches are part of Gothic and Gothic Revival architectural styles.
